Subtle support, beautifully balanced
Dermal filler treatments designed to restore softness, balance, and natural-looking structure — without changing the features that make you, you.
WHAT IS DERMAL FILLER?
Dermal filler is a gel-like injectable treatment used to restore subtle volume, structure, and balance to the face. It works by gently replenishing areas where natural fullness has reduced over time, helping to create a smoother, more supported, and naturally refreshed appearance — while still keeping your features and expression completely intact.
For many clients, it’s not about looking different — it’s about restoring what feels like it’s softly changed over time, or simply bringing a little more balance and harmony back to the face.
Dermal filler treatments are always approached with subtlety and proportion in mind, whether you’re restoring lost volume, refining facial contours, or gently enhancing areas like the lips, cheeks, or jawline.
The goal is always natural-looking support and structure that still feels completely like you — just a little more balanced, refreshed, and in harmony with your features.

What To Expect
Your appointment begins with a consultation where we talk through your concerns, facial balance, and desired outcome.
1/ Consultation
Treatment is careful and considered. We recommend coming to your appointment well hydrated and having had something to eat beforehand
2 / Treatment
Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising can sometimes occur, but this is temporary and settles as the area heals.
3 / After Care
Final results typically settle within 1–2 weeks, once any swelling has reduced. The filler fully integrates and becomes one with your tissue after about 6-8 weeks for a smooth, natural finish.
4 / ResultsA note on natural results
Many clients are nervous about looking “too done” before their first appointment — and honestly, we understand why.
A natural approach is at the core of everything we do. We take a conservative, considered approach to ensure your results feel balanced, subtle, and in harmony with your features.
You’ll still look like yourself — just a little more rested, refreshed, and confident.

The dermal fillers we use at Belle Aesthetics are Juvederm. They are a semi-permanent fillers. They are held in the body by a non-animal form of stabilizer and are metabolized and excreted over time
-
Dermal filler is a sugar based gel made of Hyaluronic acid (HA), a carbohydrate naturally present in our bodies. HA breaks down into carbohydrates and water and is excreted from the body via the natural process of metabolism. It is the main component of giving our skin structure and providing hydration.

The longevity of dermal filler depends on the type of filler used. Different fillers vary in their firmness and flexibility, allowing us to select the most appropriate product for each area of the face. Generally, the more structural a filler is, the longer it will last. For example, a firmer filler used to enhance the jawline or chin may last up to two years, whereas a softer, more flexible filler used in lips typically lasts around 12 months.
It is important to consider the structure and elasticity of the filler to determine how flexible it will remain within the tissue. This is an important consideration as we want the filler to move with your facial expressions and not look unnatural

Dermal filler is purchased per 1ml syringe. The amount used depends on the desired outcome. Lips, for example, require a maximum of 1ml of product, whereas for a foundational treatment (cheeks + jawline), you will often start with 4mls. To put this into context, that is less than a teaspoon of filler spread over the face, sometimes in multiple sessions to create an overall lifted and sculpted effect.
More transformational beauty journeys including foundation, refinement and finesse can take anywhere up to 10mls over several sessions for a full rejuvenating result
